Problem with gcc 2.95.1 on sparc-sun-solaris2.7

Hi,
I need to compile 64 bits code with gcc under solaris2.7
So I built gcc 2.95.1 on the solaris2.7 hardware with a gcc 2.95
built for solaris2.6
The configure command setupt for sparc-sun-solaris2.7 and work ok.
But I had the following errors when I did make bootstrap:

So I tried to buid gcc for sparc64 typing:
configure sparc64-sun-solaris2.7
But then I had the following message:
    Configuration sparc64-sun-solaris2.7 not supported
So is there any way to obtaint 64 bits code with gcc on solaris 2.7
(ie ELF 64 code) ?
