g77... -lg2c missing under OpenLinux??

I recently installed OpenLinux.

It seems to only install compiler libs in /usr/i386-linux
and I got the error '-lg2c missing' when trying to link
fortran object code?  What exactly is missing?
Where and what would I need to install?
Would installing the RPMS that came with RedHat solve this?
