Creating a cross compiler targeting Windows CE

Hello ,

    I was wondering if it is possible to build a cross-compiler for Windows CE
using the latest gcc release. The processor is MIPS and the executable file
format is Windows PE. I have the Microsoft Platform SDK for Windows CE (and the
include files).

    Can someone direct me how to do it?
