gcc 2.7.2.3. compile problem

    I am using a gcc 2.7.2.3 GNU compiler on a SPARCstation10.
Everytime I attempt to compile a test file I get the following message:
sys/ mach_types.h file does not exist.  Does anyone know if there is a
patch or a library package that I can download to correct this problem?
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would be eternally
greatful.
