build problem on TRU64

Does anybody  know a solution for the following errormessage when building
on TRU64 (DigitalUnix 4.0F):

cc -c -DIN_GCC -g -W -Wall -I. -I.. -I../../../gcc-2.95.2/gcc/f -I../..c
cc: Error: Syntax error on -W switch: form is -Wpassname,switch
