    sarif-replay: fix uninitialized m_debug_physical_locations
    
    In r16-2766-g7969e4859ed007 I added a new field to replay_opts
    but forgot to initialize it in set_defaults.
    
    Fixed thusly.
    
    Spotted thanks to valgrind.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
            * sarif-replay.cc (set_defaults): Initialize
            m_debug_physical_locations.
