    libphobos: enable for sparc64-unknown-linux-gnu
    
    This bootstraps with some test failures but works well enough to build
    11..15.
    
    libphobos/ChangeLog:
    
            * configure.tgt: Add sparc64-unknown-linux-gnu as a supported target.
