aarch64: unxfail pr117123.C
This testcase now passes for aarch64 after r16-5258-1d8e2d51e5c5.
The keeping around the loop pre-header helped to better thread the jumps
and fix the issue at hand.
Pushed as obvious.
gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
* g++.dg/tree-ssa/pr117123.C: un-xfail.
