    Fix explicit arrays with non-constant size for -fc-prototypes.
    
    gcc/fortran/ChangeLog:
    
            PR fortran/120139
            * dump-parse-tree.cc (get_c_type_name): If no constant
            size of an array exists, output an asterisk.
