    Lower raw string literals
    
    gcc/rust/ChangeLog:
    
            * hir/rust-ast-lower-base.cc
            (ASTLoweringBase::lower_literal): Lower raw string literals into
            normal string literals.
    
    gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
    
            * rust/compile/issue-3549.rs: New test.
