    Darwin: We do not need libdl, it is provided in libSystem.
    
    Darwin provides this support as part of libSystem which is always
    linked with user-space DSOs (including exes).
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/darwin.h (DL_LIBRARY): New.
