RISC-V: Add test for vec_dup + vmax.vv combine case 0 with max func 0 and GR2VR cost 0, 2 and 15
Add asm dump check test for vec_duplicate + vmax.vv combine to vmax.vx,
with the GR2VR cost is 0, 2 and 15.
