    ada: Remove misleading comment
    
    This patch removes a comment that misleadingly presented a condition as
    being met only in rare situations, while it's in fact satisfied in very
    basic cases such as simple object declarations.
    
    gcc/ada/ChangeLog:
    
            * sem_util.adb (Enter_Name): Remove comment.
