    RISC-V: Remove m_num_vector_iterations[NFC]
    
    Notice the m_num_vector_iterations is not used, remove the redundant codes.
    
    Committed.
    
    gcc/ChangeLog:
    
            * config/riscv/riscv-vector-costs.cc (costs::analyze_loop_vinfo):
            Remove m_num_vector_iterations.
            * config/riscv/riscv-vector-costs.h: Ditto.
