    RISC-V: Add conditional autovec convert(FP<->FP) patterns

            New combine pattern.
            (*cond_trunc<mode><v_double_trunc>): Ditto.
            * config/riscv/autovec.md: Adjust.
            * config/riscv/riscv-v.cc (needs_fp_rounding): Add FP extend.
