    Address comments made in PR104552 about documented D language options.
    
    gcc/d/ChangeLog:
    
            PR translation/104552
            * lang.opt (fdump-cxx-spec=): Fix typo in argument handle.
            (fpreview=fixaliasthis): Quote `alias this' as code.
