Rename functions.

* config/rs6000/pcrel-opt.c (pcrel_opt_load): Rename from
do_pcrel_opt_load.
(pcrel_opt_store): Rename from do_pcrel_opt_store.
(pcrel_opt_address): Rename from do_pcrel_opt_addr. Bump total
number of external addresses here. Update calls to pcrel_opt_load
and pcrel_opt_store.
(pcrel_opt_pass): Likewise. Move update of counters into
pcrel_opt_address. Update pcrel_opt_address call. Don't rebuild
UD/DU chains at exit.
