    libphobos: Update libtool version to 2:0:0
    
    This is so that the library is not to conflict with gcc-10.
    
    libphobos/ChangeLog:
    
            * configure: Regenerate.
            * configure.ac (libtool_VERSION): Update to 2:0.0.
