            (<expander><mode>3): New.
            (v<expander><mode>3): New.
            (<expander><mode>3): New.
            (<expander><mode>3<exec>): Rename to ...
            (<expander>v64si3<exec>): ... this, and change modes to V64SI.
            * config/gcn/gcn.md (mnemonic): Use '%B' for not.
