    coroutines, testsuite: Fix single test execution.
    
    Invocations of the coro-torture.exp like 'coro-torture.exp=some-test.C' were
    failing because DEFAULT_CXXFLAGS was undefined.  Fixed by defining this
    locally, if it has no pre-existing global value.
