    GCN – call assembler with -mattr=-code-object-v3 (PR93409)
    
            PR bootstrap/93409
            * config/gcn/gcn-hsa.h (ASM_SPEC): Add -mattr=-code-object-v3 as
            LLVM's assembler changed the default in version 9.
