	Header is separate section
	gcc/cp/
	* module.c (module_state_hash::equal): Remove string names.
	(elf_in::find): Find by name.
	(elf_in::name): New.
	(class elf_out::strtab): Rename type.
	(elf_out::strings): New member.
	(elf_in::begin): Veriy string table.  Create default.
	(elf_out::end): Write string table here.
	(bytes_in::begin, bytes_out::end): Always PROGBITS.
	(cpm_stream::rt_eof): Delete.
	(cpms_{in,out}::header): Repimlement.
	(cpms_in::read, cpms_out::write): Adjust.
