	Kill DECL_NAMESPACE_ASSOCATIONS
	gcc/cp/
	* cp-tree.h (DECL_NAMESPACE_INLINE_P): Renamed.
	(DECL_NAMESPACE_ASSCIATIONS): Delete.
	(DECL_NAMESPACE_INLINEES): New.
	* name-lookup.c (adl_lookup::assoc_namespace_only): New.
	(adl_lookup::assoc_namespace): Find parent, walk from there.
	(is_associated_namespace): Walk inline namespace tree.
	(push_namepace): Add to INLINEES not ASSOCIATIONS.
