[Patch AArch64 obvious] Rearrange the processors in aarch64-cores.def

gcc/

	* config/aarch64/aarch64-cores.def: Rearrange to sort by
	architecture, then by implementer ID.
	* config/aarch64/aarch64-tune.md: Regenerate.
