	Split out abnormal coalescing to ...
	(perform_abnormal_coalescing): ... this function.
	(coalesce_ssa_name): Perform abnormal coalescing without computing
	live/conflict.
	(verify_ssa_coalescing_worker): New function.
	(verify_ssa_coalescing): Likewise.
