[Patch] Add to the libgfortran/newlib bodge to "detect" ftruncate  support in ARM/AArch64/SH

	* configure.ac: Define HAVE_FTRUNCATE for ARM/AArch64/SH newlib
	builds.
	* configure: Regenerate.
