	* scanner.c (skip_fixed_comments): Reset openacc_flag
	if an openacc directive wasn't found.

	gcc/testsuite/
	* gfortran.dg/goacc/fixed-1.f: New test.
	* gfortran.dg/goacc/fixed-2.f: New test.
