	* melt-runtime.h (MELT_TRACE_LOCATION, MELT_TRACE_EXIT_LOCATION):
	Removing them, temporarily defined as a no-op.

	* melt-runtime.c (melt_loctrace_file): Remove variable.
	(melt_really_initialize): Ditto, and remove usage of
	GCCMELT_TRACE_LOCATION environment variable.
	(melt_do_finalize): Likewise.

	* melt/warmelt-outobj.melt (outpucod_procroutine): Remove emission
	of MELT_TRACE_EXIT_LOCATION.
