	* melt/warmelt-normal.melt: Re-indented some classes.
	(normal_patmacro_exporter): Remove.
	(normal_exported_patmacro): Remove nexp formal. Emit call to the
	hook_patmacro_exporter hook.
	(normexp_export_patmacro): Improve accordingly.
