	* config.host (*-*-openbsd*): Add t-eh-dw2-dip to tmake_file.
	* unwind-dw2-fde-dip.c: Don't include <elf.h> on OpenBSD.
	(USE_PT_GNU_EH_FRAME): Define for OpenBSD.
	(ElfW): Likewise.
