	GCCMELT_RUNTIME_C. Emit quoted assignments for GCCMELT_COMPILER &

	GCCMELT_RUNTIME_C. Emit quoted assignments for GCCMELT_COMPILER &
	GCCMELT_LINKER.

	* melt-build-script.tpl: Fixed typos. Add sanity checks

	* melt-build-script.sh: Regenerate.

	* melt-runtime.h (MELT_VERSION_STRING): Bump to 0.9.6-rc4
