Fixed the errors in regression test error11.C.
       * parser.c (cp_parser_postfix_open_square_expression): Rearranged code
         to fix (or unbreak) the regression test error11.C.
       * semantics.c (finish_id_expression): Converted the decl to the type
         of assignment.
