gcc/upc/
	* upc-act.c (upc_finish): Call c_common_finish() to
	finalize the C language related items.
libgupc/
	* configure.ac: As libgupc is not built yet, make sure
	that UPC compiler does not pre-include gcc-upc.h and
	gcc-upc-lib.h while performing configuration checks.
	* configure: Regenerate.
