        * upc-act.h (upc_write_init_func, upc_free_unshared_var_table):
        Remove extern definitions. Now declared as 'static'.

        * upc-gimplify.c, upc-lang.c,
        upc-pts-struct.c, upc-gasp.c, upc-pts-packed.c,
        upc-cmd.c, upc-act.c: Improve/add comments, fix
        typos and spelling errors.
