	* melt/warmelt-outobj.melt (translate_macroexpanded_list)
	(compile_list_sexpr, translatefile_docmd, translateinit_docmd):
	Check that the generated output has no .melt .c .so suffixes.

	* melt-build.tpl: Generate output names without suffixes.
	* melt-build.mk: Regenerate.

	* Makefile.in (check-melt-runtime): Adjust module path.
