	* melt/warmelt-outobj.melt (translate_macroexpanded_list): Inform
	about translation CPU time.
	(runtypesupport_docmd): Reindent.
	* melt-build.tpl (MELTCCINIT1): Replace by (MELTCCINIT1ARGS)
	(MELTCCFILE1): Replace by (MELTCCFILE1ARGS)
	Use $@.args file to have the long argument list.
	* melt-built.mk: Regenerate.
	* melt-runtime.c (melt_output_cfile_decl_impl_secondary_option):
	The temporary file name is even more random. genversionstr_melt is
	emitted with a different comment.
