	* s-stposu.adb (Allocate_Any_Controlled): Reimplement the mechanism
	which accounts for size vs alignment issues and calculates the size of
	the list header.
	(Deallocate_Any_Controlled): Ditto.
	(Nearest_Multiple_Rounded_Up): New routine.
