	* meltplugin.texi: New file to wrap the melt.texi chapter when
	making MELT as a plugin.
	* meltpluginapi.texi: New file to wrap the generated
	meltgendoc.texi chapter when making MELT as a plugin.
	* make-melt-source-tar.sh: Copy these two files and some other
	texi files.
