Remove useless call to create_data_ref.

	* graphite-scop-detection.c (stmt_simple_memref_p): Removed.
	(is_simple_operand): Remove call to stmt_simple_memref_p.
	(stmt_simple_for_scop_p): Update call to is_simple_operand.
