Log:
        * config/rs6000/aix.h (LIBSTDCXX_STATIC): Remove -lstdc++.
cp/
        * g++-spec.c (LIBSTDCXX_STATIC): Default to NULL.
        (lang_specific_driver): Always allocate extra argument.
        Add LIBSTDCXX_STATIC to arglist if defined and linking
        statically.
