	PR middle-end/37674
	* ira-build.c (ira_flattening): Recalculate
	ALLOCNO_TOTAL_NO_STACK_REG_P and ALLOCNO_TOTAL_CONFLICT_HARD_REGS
	from the scratch instead of the propagation.
