	(lto.install.common): Remove ltrans-driver.
	(lto.mostlyclean): Add LTRANS_DRIVER_EXE.
	(LTRANS_DRIVER_EXE): New build rule.
	* config-lang.in (compilers): Add ltrans-driver.
