	Undo changes from 2008-10-02:
	* tree-ssa-loop-ivopts.c (rewrite_use_nonlinear_expr): Convert
	operand type when copying the operand to a variable of different type.
	* cfgloopmanip.c (create_empty_loop_on_edge): Write exit condition
	with the IV name after increment.
