	* gcc/melt-cc-script.proto: separate compilation of the big *.c
	* gcc/melt/warmelt-first.bysl: export dbgout_fields &
	dbgoutagain_fields which take another torank argument.
	added dbgout_environment_method & dbgout_class_method.
	* gcc/melt/warmelt-macro.bysl: patternexpand_1 with more debugmsg.
	mexpand_match works better.
	* gcc/melt/warmelt-normal.bysl: added new debugmsg.
