* expr.c (expand_expr_real_1): Support MODE_VECTOR_FRACT,
MODE_VECTOR_UFRACT, MODE_VECTOR_ACCUM, and MODE_VECTOR_UACCUM.
* stor-layout.c (layout_type): Check scalar FRACT, UFRACT, ACCUM,
and UACCUM mode to select their vector mode.
Set TYPE_SATURATING to the vector mode.
* expmed.c (extract_bit_field): Support MODE_VECTOR_FRACT,
MODE_VECTOR_UFRACT, MODE_VECTOR_ACCUM, and MODE_VECTOR_UACCUM.
* emit-rtl.c (init_emit_once): Initialize the vector version of
0 and 1 for FRACT, UFRACT, ACCUM, and UACCUM mode.
* simplify-rtx.c (simplify_immed_subreg): For CONST_FIXED, we compose
the value from CONST_FIXED_VALUE_LOW when elem_bitsize <=
HOST_BITS_PER_WIDE_INT.
* c-common.c (same_scalar_type_ignoring_signedness): Support
FIXED_POINT_TYPE.
(warn_for_div_by_zero): Check fixed-point zero.
* tree-vect-generic.c (expand_vector_operation): Support
MODE_VECTOR_FRACT, MODE_VECTOR_UFRACT, MODE_VECTOR_ACCUM, and
MODE_VECTOR_UACCUM.
(type_for_widest_vector_mode): Check scalar FRACT, UFRACT, ACCUM,
and UACCUM mode to select their vector mode.
(expand_vector_operations_1): Support MODE_VECTOR_FRACT,
MODE_VECTOR_UFRACT, MODE_VECTOR_ACCUM, and MODE_VECTOR_UACCUM.
* config/fixed-bit.c (FIXED_ALL, FIXED_UINT): From fixed-point to
integers, we need to type cast to FROM_INT_C_TYPE when performing
comparison agaist 0.
* config/mips/mips-fixed.md: Delete fake instructions and put real
MIPS instructions.
* config/mips/mips.md (mips-fixed.md): Include this file again.
* config/mips/mips.c (mips_vector_mode_supported_p): Support
V2HQmode, V2UHQmode, V2HAmode, V2UHAmode, V4QQmode, and V4UQQmode
when TARGET_DSP.
* config/mips/mips-modes.def: Create VECTOR_MODES for FRACT,
UFRACT, ACCUM, UACCUM.
