	PR middle-end/30433
	* fold-const.c (fold_relational_const): Add back compile-time
	evaluation of complex constant equality/inequality comparisons.

	* gcc.c-torture/compile/pr30433.c: New testcase to check
	that complex constant comparisions are folded.
