	PR 31013
	* gccspec.c (lang_specific_driver): Do nothing when NEXT_OBJC_RUNTIME
	is declared.
	* config/darwin.h (REAL_LIBGCC_SPEC): When -fgnu-runtime is
	passed, use shared libgcc.
