	* config/sh/sh.h (BANKED_REGISTER_P): New macro.
	(FIRST_BANKED_REG): Likewise.
	(LAST_BANKED_REG): Likewise.
	* config/sh/sh.md (banked) New attribute.
	(in_delay_slot): Check banked attribute.
