Log:
        * Deleting sched-treegion-branch.  The unsuccessful svnmmerge
          (revision 114517) has caused an excessive number of conflits
          and errors.  These issues arose prior to modifying branch 
          so rather than rollback it's easier to delete the branch, 
          copy the current trunk, and then apply patches to fresh copy 
          of branch.
