	* config/arm/arm.c (arm_default_cpu): New.
	(arm_override_options): Set arm_default_cpu.
	(arm_file_start): Output EABI attribute directives.
	* config/arm/elf.h: Remove definition of SUPPORTS_INIT_PRIORITY.
